Congratulations! You have purchased the best Drinking Water System money can buy. You will be saving hundreds of dollars over the cost of home-delivered bottled water every year. Your New Everpure System will provide you with many years of great tasting water delivered through your filter-faucet, water dispenser, ice-maker etc. In order to continue to enjoy the benefits of convenient premium quality water in your home, you must maintain your Everpure Drinking Water System per the manufacturer’s instructions. This specifically includes the replacement of filter cartridges on at least an annual basis depending on the quality of the local water supply.

From the date of purchase, your Everpure system is covered by a 12 month limited factory warranty (See Manufacturer Warranty). This Limited Lifetime Warranty Program is offered to you after the regular warranty expires, whether you are the original owner or the new owner of the system. This extended warranty covers parts only. No labor claims will be honored. To register your Everpure Drinking Water System, please fill out and mail the attached post card. To assist you in remembering the annual cartridge change, Pinnacle Express will send you an annual reminder notice, which will include the name, address and phone number of your Everpure dealer. Should your current dealer be unable to fulfill the terms of this agreement for any reason, an alternate supplier can be authorized to execute this agreement.

By choosing to participate in our Limited Lifetime Warranty Program, you can be assured that your system will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and additionally the replacement cartridges will be free from those same defects for as long as you maintain your system, as described above. To assure your Pinnacle Express Lifetime Warranty Program does not lapse, you are required to purchase a replacement cartridge from your Everpure dealer annually. Please keep a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Should you need warranty parts for your Everpure Drinking Water System in the future, your sales receipt(s) will confirm that you have met the requirement of
regular cartridge replacements.
